Guess what!?

We have been really excited about our trip to South America and Antarctica, so when Jonah came up to me excitedly tonight and said, "Mommy! Guess what we're gonna do in a million days"!? I assumed he thought we were going to be in Antarctica in a million days. But, no. When I responded with "I don't know. What"? He says loudly and happily, "Die! We're all gonna die! And we'll go to God's house in Heaven"!

Look what Jonah did today!

As you all know by now, Jonah is a very creative boy. I think his imagination, curiosity and vocabulary is amazing! But, the boy just can NOT sit and do an art project or take time to learn to write his name.... And up until today, he has NEVER drawn or painted a picture that actually resembles anything. I mean, he's painted green dots that look like peas and has painted yellow "stink" coming out of a bunch of black blobs (a spraying skunk, of course!). But today, Jonah painted, mixing colors (red, white and black) for about 45 minutes. And he painted this picture! Hopefully you can tell what it is! I think his ladybug is pretty. It has a body with spots, a head with eyes and a mouth and lots and lots of legs.
